Komunikace evangelia generaci Z Bc. Radoslava Šticová Summary This thesis deals with specific problems that arise in the communication of theological and related ethical topics. Especially when communicating the gospel - sharing the message of Jesus, where it is not just about conveying saving content, but about the process of sharing and the subsequent transformation of relationships. Compared to the other generations described so far, Generation Z has significant differences, especially in the means and settings of communication and subsequently the perception and experience of relationships built by these specific approaches. The work tries to answer the questions, what are the possibilities in effective communication with this generation and how to understand its communication outwards. Primarily, the work will be about finding a way to communicate the gospel to this generation in a way that opens a new dimension in their life, which will eventually expand their life experience. The communication of the gospel also includes other important related topics, especially how to enable members of generation Z to find their place in the relevant church community, how to help them understand not only the gospel, but ethical and spiritual direction in other areas of life. Misie v současné České republice

The Czech Republic is a unique country with a unique history. It is often known for being the most atheistic country in the world. While an indifferent attitude toward God and religion exists throughout the country today and this trend only growing, it shows that in order for the gospel to again grab hold of the hearts and lives of Czech people, a renewed engagement between how the gospel and culture relate must take place. This paper looks at the current state of religion in the Czech Republic through the lens of religious memory and the current attitude toward the gospel. It then looks at the necessity for addressing this attitude by engaging the culture with the gospel through the outworking of a theological vision. This is then followed by a personal challenge for recovering missions in one's life.

Evangelical Тhemes in F. M. Dostoevsky's Нovel 'The Brothers Karamazov'

Evangelical motives within F. M. Dostoevsky's novel The Brothers Karamazov are the topic of the bachelor thesis. The theoretical part will be dedicated to analysis of spiritual streams, which have influenced political, social and cultural development in Russia in the 19th century. Then a research of relationship of Dostoevsky to Christianity and Orthodox Church will follow. In the practical part, the influence of gospel on formal and ideological aspect of the novel will be analyzed and the form and rate of the influence, which occurred in the novel, will be examined. The main emphasis will be put on a description of usage of the used motives of biblical parables (particularly The Parable of the Sower). A tresury in The New Testament

The thesis summarizes conclusions of exegetical studies of all fourteen texts containing a word "treasury" (thesauros) according to concordance of the Greek New Testament, and furthermore in three instances substitutes for treasury, using lingual and textual analysis and accessible Czech and foreign language commentaries. As far as other terms are concerned, a term "talent/mina" is used in the Gospel of Mathew and Luke in The parable of the talent/minas, where "talent/mina" fulfills all internal and external attributes for "treasury". In the Gospel of John, where we find no term "treasury", there is chosen "ointment" in the story of Anointing in Bethany for its symbolic meaning and relation to the Easter, where John's version is compared with description of the story in the synoptic gospels. Classifying of concluding interpretational frames of all seventeen texts, we get several fundamental models characterizing the role of "treasury" in the New Testament from the point of view of substance, allegory, symbolism or connotation. The treasury is the image of something precious, strange to the world, something we have a very small experience with, because we usually have not opportunity to be confronted with it. The Picture of Judas Iscariot in Contemporary Research and Cultural Contexts.

This diploma thesis attempts to outline the image of Judas in a long-lasting tradition and follows the references of this character in canonical and non-canonical reports. It is an extension of the author's bachelor's thesis, which was dedicated to the analysis of biblical and Gnostic texts concerning the figure of Judas. For this reason, the author does not deal with a detailed analysis of these texts in this work and directly refers the reader to it (the work is available for inspection in the Repository of Final Theses of Charles University). The first chapters are devoted to reports from the Gospels and Paul's works, which the author serves primarily as a springboard for the introduction of various conceptions of the person of Judas, and which became the basis for the development of a tradition in the following centuries. In addition to canonical messages, the author encounters motives from non-canonical and apocryphal texts related to Judas, which have influenced the tradition of perception of one of Jesus' disciples to a similar extent. One of the subchapters is also devoted to the text of the Book of the Cock, which is not available in Czech, and to not very well-known topics that have not been very successful in the official church tradition. James, brother of the Lord, in the New Testament

The thesis follows one of the supporting characters from the New Testament, James, the brother of the Lord. The first chapter deals with the meaning and occurrence of the name James in both biblical and non-biblical sources. The following second chapter deals with the canonical biblical texts that depict fragments of James' life. However, many questions remain about the closer characterization of our wanted person James and the form of his earthly family. The thesis also examines whether James could or could not really be the brother of Jesus of Nazareth. Through the analysis of texts we look for the answer that canonical texts give us.Subsequently, in the third chapter attention is also directed to the apocryphal and non-biblical sources that govern us about our James. In connection with the wanted James is mentioned and the first church community in Jerusalem, in which James played a significant leadership role. The aim of the thesis is to describe the character of James, the brother of the Lord, by means of all analyzed sources. In conclusion, a summary possible solution of questions concerning James, the Lord's Brother is presented. Christian motives in poetics of a novel Resurrection from Leo Tolstoy

Resumé Tématem bakalářské práce jsou křesťanské motivy v poetice románu Lva Nikolajeviče Tolstého Vzkříšení. Cílem práce bylo sledovat přístup autora ke křesťanskému učení v románu. První část práce se věnuje historii pravoslavné církve v Rusku, jejím dogmatům a tradicím. Dále se zabývá pojetím křesťanského učení Tolstého a z něj vyplývající idey "neprotivení se zlu násilím". Další část práce se věnuje románu Vzkříšení. Zkoumá, jak jsou hlavní ideová východiska v románu vyjádřena. Analýza textu odráží autorův negativní pohled na soudní systém. Lev Nikolajevič Tolstoj odsuzuje jeho nemorálnost a neefektivnost. Mluví o tom, že má soudní systém rozsáhlé negativní účinky na soudce, advokáty i všechny ostatní účastníky soudních řízení a osob součinných při výkonu trestů. Zákon není podle mínění Tolstého schopen spravedlivě potrestat zločince. Život odsouzených v nápravných zařízeních zcela znemožňuje nápravu. Rozřešení tohoto morálního a sociálního problému je spojeno s myšlenkami obsaženými v Matoušově evangeliu, což je také obsaženo v závěru románu. Dalším cílem práce byla analýza duchovního a morálního vývoje hlavních postav. U Maslovové i Něchljudova byl zjištěn dobrý duchovní stav do společně strávené noci.
